Ningbo Dongfa Plastic Products Co., Ltd., Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, founded in 1985, is a private enterprise engaged in the production of plastic products and plastic molds. Our main products are plastic parts of motormeters, supplemented by other exporting products and plastic parts of household appliances. Our company has become a key enterprise in China for the production of plastic parts of motormeters. The company is located in Zhangting Town and San Qishi Town in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, and covers an area of about 82,025 square meters (123 mu), 57,600 square meters of floor space. We can provide our customers with product design, mold design, 3D and 2D drawings, mold flow analysis and other services, has the capabilities to provide rapid prototyping samples before the development of new products and various tests. We have more than 80 40T ~ 1250T injection molding machines, and over 30 ultrasonic, hot-melt riveting, surface bronzing, surface pad printing and other equipments. We also possess laser welding, nitrogen-assisted forming machines, as well as the post forming, chromate conversion coating and other advanced production techniques and technology. Our company can produce various plastic molds, and has 6 machining centers of different sizes and more than 20 electric impulse, wire-cutting, precision grinder and other advanced integrated molding equipments. All sites and equipments are available. The current production capacity can be more than 200 million. The sales of the company reached 62 million in 2005, 73 million in 2006 and 87 million in 2007. In 2008, despite of the turmoil caused by global financial crisis, our sales still reached an impressive 102 million.
